dumb timing question

Default dumb timing question

i am bout to bump my tim9ing to 14*. is that btc or atc?
its a bone stock motor.
jus tryin to get a little more from it.
and what is stock timing at?

I'm not 100% sure but I'd guess BTDC. Stock timing is usually around 10*.

cool. i can tell that bumping it up a little made a huge differance. i also jus put on my msd coil.
