AOD to Manual shift 95 5.0 swap
Ok, I've been searching the threads to try and find out what is needed to make a 95 5.0 AOD transmission swap to a manual shift. To say the least I havent had any luck. So I was wondering What all is needed to do the change? Is it better to find a donor car or buy all the componets separatly? Any help is appreciated.

well unless ya have a t-5 allready//if ya buy all thats needed to do a swap,id build a aod up(A servo) kevlar clutchs,bands,a valve body//and a good stall and will hold up to more hp n torq,, but if ya want a stick then go to fletch"s carbureted 5.0 mustang site..they have a section on the swap
