Looking to lower 89 Hatch 1 inch front and rear

RE: Looking to lower 89 Hatch 1 inch front and rear
I'm fairly certain that I have the B springs (can't remember B or C anymore) on my car and the eye-ball says that it dropped it around .75-1". In my opinion, the drop is just perfect and the ride is a bit stiffer, but body roll is FAR reduced vs. my stockers and collapsed rears.
Those and energy suspension springs pucks in the rear and re-used stock up front (the stock was in fine shape) made me a happy boy for cheap.

FRPP site says the springs B & C are progressive, Summit says they are not. If I was to go with the C springs, do you know if these are "progressive"?

Check it out, its called polyurethane bushings, they make your car ride nice. i have Eibach sportlines and only the upper bushings and the ride is amazing compared to my lowered 89. If you use upper and lower you will not be as low. The handling is awesome even before my sub frames stut tower and k member brace. Heres a pic

Just so you're not confused, the Energy Suspension bushings I mentioned earlier are nothing fancy or expensive ($20 for all 4 rear, $27 front, at Summit) and are Polyurethane as mentioned above.
The FRPP 2007 catalog lists the B springs as 425/530 LB/IN front (progressive) and 200/300 rear (progressive)
The Cs are: 650 front (non-progressive and LOG WAGON-ish), and 200/300 rear (progressive)...
