Default thermactor problem.

alright, i ran my codes to try and pinpoint some of my problems. well with the KOEO test i got code 63-TPS voltage too low, but i just adjusted it the other night. it was at like .58 volts and i had to drill it and gt it to.99. at wide open i was only 4.68. for the KOER test i got 94 and 44 which are problems with the thermactor air control system. now my smog pump's plmbing is removed but the tuing connecting the heads is still there and is open on the end, should removing that and plugging the holes solve that problem, and i know the length for the belt for no smog and a/c is 74.5 w/underdrive pulleys but what is it with stock ones. thanks for all the help so far guys.

the tube needs to be plugged, or you can remove it and plug the heads yes, just don't leave it open!

5/8 but they're a PITA to thread in, i just cut the connectors on the thermactor line, flipped them around, applied some RTV and screwed them back in.
