351w casting number?

can a 351w heads have e7te casting number on them? or are they only on the stock 302 heads. i supposedably bought some 351w heads off of a 94 f4. the bigger of the two valves is 1.78 i think or 1.74 one of those. any help would be helpful

small... the 87+ 351w heads were exactly the same as the 302 heads... YOU GOT RIPPED OFF

ahh are you serious? so if i were to take stock 302 heads and compare them to a 94 351w head everything would match up the same?
