Torque to yield USUALLY has TTY stamped on it, or something else that identifies it as TTY. If you're not sure, get the ARP, it's good stuff

If you have torque to yield head bolts do not reuse them. No matter what anyone says reusing the bolts is not a good idea. The first time the bolts are used they are put into the plastic reigon of deformation which they can not recover from. Reusing the bolts puts you at a greater risk for breaking a bolt since it is already in the plastic reigon and will continue to deform plastically as it is torqued a second time.

Just for the record, I think TTY hardware is freakin lame. Whatever engineer thought up the idea of stretching a bolt beyond it's ability to ever maintain tensile integrity again should be shot. It's a waste of perfectly good steel.
