1994 Mustang Trans Question

I have a 94 3.8L Mustang I'm going to change it over to a 5.0L and want to know if I need to change the trans or not. Its the Auto 4speed with overdrive.

might as well convert to a t5....they aremuch better on a 5.0 than an auto.
