Don't you live in california? Don't they have visual inspections where they check for all 4 cats. BBK on uses 2 cats.

What's up, Zach. I don't know if they have a visual inspection or not, but I didn't think four cats were required by the state. Good thing to look into though.

Incidentally, if any of you SoCal cats are selling an H pipe, please do let me know. Thanks.
