Default Shocks/Struts

whats the best shock/strut setup for a DD during the week and track days on the weekend? i was thinking some lakewoods duno wich to get up front and back tho

strange adj 10 ways are the way to go... set them for stiff during the week and drag at the track... no need for a crappy handling car on the street

I hear in stead of 90/10 up front, get 70/30's for DD cars. 50/50 out back... Eibach makes a good kit.
