Default Trickflow upper intake vaccume hoses?

My car started to rev to 1300 rpm only in drive. So I was checking vaccume hoses, to see if I had a vaccume leak! The 2 vaccume hoses under my trickflow upper intake are both tee fitted together going to my adj. fpr. Is this the rite place to be connected? One of the vaccume lines from the intake is collapsing while the car is at idle. I was concerned this was the problem with the 1300 rpm. only in drive. I replaced the IDLE air control valve, thinking that was the problem, but didn't help. Any imput would help me out, I'm replacing the hose that is collapsing in the morning. Hope it helps...
