the blinks signify the first number of the codes like if it blinked 3 times then short pause then blinks 2 more times that would be code 32 and so forth for other codes

im doing a motor swap for my buddy, i dropped the k member on a 87 gt, and i was wondering if it would bolt right up to a 88 4 cylinder coupe

yes it'll bolt up but if it's stock and not tubular why do you want to change the k-member in the 4 cyl?? you don't need to when swapping in a v-8 cause they are the same no difference...just need to change motor mounts and double hump crossmember amoungst a few other things
