B&M hammer shifter/shafty mechanic
okay so i just read through the intructions and it says that it may not work if my car is able to shift without the ignition being on, and my car shifts without the key in it, anyone run into this problem?
and also i just got a performance automatics AOD and a B&M 2500 stall and my car has a cam in it but when i come to a stop my carstill feels like it wants to jerk forward? i had thought the stall would fix this problem? it only happens sometimes, i forgot to ask for the paper work on the stall so i dont know if he just kept it and sold the one i ordered from summit or what. is there a way to tell if he installed the stall i payed for? and i also noticed that 1 of the nuts on the crossmember was about to fall off. and he said to break it in for about 250 miles, is that the correct break in period for a new aod and stall?

I see no reason whatsoever the shifter would not work in either situation. On mine for my bronco its a pretty simple mechanical device that would have no way of telling if the key is in our out or turned or whatever. And that stall is pretty low, you probably wont notice a huge difference
