it might have run high fifteens stock that was my first racing experience and it was a sucky pass i'll admit but lets get past all that how come it didn't do any better than .4 gain from just the cam to everything else it has now?
the ported intake, cam, rockers and TB won't make much of a difference until the heads are upgraded.

What did your 60' and trap speed look like on your best run?

yes it is a 5 speed unfortunatley not because i don't like 5 speeds just because they are slower then auto stock and mines almost slower then the 95 gts auto that my dad has if not slower and all its got done to it is bypass the smog pump i shift round a five thousand. fuel filter has been changed after i bought the car which will be three years in february but i only put about 20 k on the car since then. it also has a bbk 190lph fuel pump pressure is regulated at 39. and this is what jms chip cororation said " need to have fuel pressure and timing set to stock that the chip will change it on the different levels of performance." it's like a three stage chip. i know the heads suck. i wish i could find some exploder heads and intake for it.
He said 5k.

That is appx. where i shift too, between 4700 and 5k. I think you should ditch that chip personally. Throw it out the window on the highway so that it shatters and no one else can use it. Then bump your timing, and add a little fuel pressure, I bet you will see big gains if you just ditch that chip. Unless it is a custom tune chip, where they ran the car on the dyno. Those "off the shelf" chips are WORTHLESS!

i'd have to look at my slips again to be exact but i think my best 60 was a 2.2 and my best trap speed was round 95 mph. you may be right 91 hatch. i may try that and see what difference it makes. i'm most likely getting a explorer intake now and hopin to trade my 75 mm t body that i'm not using for a 65 that i can use and i'm researching on some heads too
