Default Harmonic Balancer Torque

Im having more fun installing this balancer, how did you guys holds yours from moving. I was using a screwdriver between the crankshaft pulley bolts but that method is not going to hold it anymore, but torque wrench isnt even clicking to the 70-90 torque spec before i start turning the whole engine over, so im assuming i need a better way of holding it, its about a half to an inch from flush to the timing cover.

Put the car in gear and have someone hold the brake. Works everytime.

Or, being REAL careful, use a 'C' clamp type vise grip on the flexplate (if you have auto trans).
