Default bbk shortie headers/2.5" pipe/flowmaster 40s

how much hp/tq should i be expecting to pick up after installing some bbk shortie headers, into 2.5" piping, x-pipe, and flowmaster 40 series mufflers. no cats... so far ive only got a k&n cone filter installed and some high performance 9mm spark plug wires. btw its a 93' mustang lx convertible 5.0

I didn't pick up any time at the track by doing a full exhaust but other people have had better results. On a stock engine you're going to get more sound than anything but you'll pick up a few ponies.
