Default difference between 5.0

Hey guys new guy here. I have a bunch of questions about 5.0s. I am working on a project car for a friend. He has an 87gt that was totaled, the motor was rebuilt and has lots of good parts. The other car is a 90gt. What my question is which engine is better to keep. I was told that a 90 gt motor is a factory roller cam motor and that they came with forged pistons . The motor from the 87 has had a stock rebuild but if it is not a roller motor then i would think the 90gt motor would be the one to go with. I need to know because i am putting a paxton blower in the car. Second question is it hard to put a C4 behind the 302. The car currently has an AOD in it. I know i have to modify the trans cross member But is there anything else to watch out for. Third question i think the good car (the 90gt it has the AOD) has 3.08 gears from factory. What would probably be in the other car( It 's a 5 speed) for gears. Any info is greatly appreciated. I would post pics of the cars if i knew how to.

the 5 speed probably has the 3.08 gears and the auto car has 2.73 gears. you can look for the small metal tag on the differential that will tell you what they came with stock if they have not been changed or you can get the code off the door label where the VIN is located and get that interpreted for you to find out what they have.
