they will fit but dont waste your time- they arent any better than what you have. if you get 351W heads from 1969-1973 then they would be worth bolting on, or even some old 289 or 302 heads made in 1973 or earlier. All ford heads from 1974 and up suck ***, with the exception of gt40 heads and a few others.

Dan is right thay are *** . but if you do get a good 351W head ARP makes the bolts for the 351W head on the 302 . the 351 uses a bigger bolt . the ARP bolt is bigger on the top for the windsor head and smaller on the bottom for the 302 block

any head can be made to flow well but it all depends on the money you spend. the heads will fit but you will need washers since they are 1/2 instead of 7/16
