rear end girdle question

Default rear end girdle question

i was hopeing anyone can tell me what to tourque the 2 bolts on the girdle too. im talking about the ones that put pressure on the bearing caps. and allso what fluid sound i run with this eaton diff that i have and will i need a bottle of that friction modifier.and what pinion angle should i be runing with my car its mainly driven on the street and it will see the strip a few times in the summer. should i set it at -3 or -4 deg. i caint remember.[/align]

I bought a trick flow girdle for the rear and in any and all girdles in the instructions it tells you to tourque the two bolts to 10 ft lbs....royal purple is good to ..got it in mine

Just remember also, Royal Purple already has friction modifier in it. I had my gears done at a shop and they put in the Royal Purple and a bottle of F.M. It didnt hurt anything on my car, dont take my word for it though.... just a FYI.

TA performance suggests max torque on the load bolts at 5 ft/lbs or 60 in/lbs and no more if you're using a TA Girdle.
