shift selector seal replacement

Can anyone tell me how complicated taking the valve body out of an AOD is? I need to replace the shift selector seal and the Valve body needs to be removed first. Thanks

if it's anything like a c-6 or c-4... just gotta drop the valve body... but never done a aod one just c-4 and c-6's
