Have you manually adjusted the quadrant after replacing the cable? You should have 1-2 inches of play

Manually Adjust the stock quadrant? I didnt know it was adjustable. Should I attempt to adjust it or just get a new one? Is it difficult to replace?

Ahhhh, you bought an adjustable cable. So are you adjusting it the correct direction? How much toe play is there and do you still have the factory quadrant set up?

So what's the best way to adjust this cable? Should I have someone press it, and then adjust accordingly?
