I went to put in my trans a couple weeks ago which i thought was a t-5, i bought it from my friend a transmission shop said it was a t-5 but apparently its not because it wont fit on my driveshaft and looks nothin like the t-5 i took out of my car...i need help how to figure out what kind of trans i have so i know where to find a slip yoke that will fit on it...it has a 26 spline input which i bought a clutch to fit that and the output has 27 spline so any help would be great thanks.

get the numbers off the tag if it has one... where it says 1352-XXX

not the case stamping number... but the tag itself it will be bolted on the case
