Default head casting #s

I am going to p&p stock heads. A friend of mine has a set of 302 heads laying around but I dont know if they are compatible with my 88gt. I found some castings #s on them its D60E and A3B...I was thinking if these heads would work that I could do the work on these heads so my car isnt sitting down for awhile...thanks

thinking those are smog 351 heads. dont use them unless you really want ot do some heavy port work. stock e7s have large ports to begin with but not as large of valves.

The casting #s are as follows
Rocker side...302, A3B, 5H20
Bottom Side...302, A3B, 15, D50E
I found a site that explains what this means and I came up with these were made in 1975, August 20th, for a Fairlane/Torino...are these heads any better than the stock E7s, and are they worth P&P?
