I used the same belt, but deleted my a/c too.

I want to say that I used an 83 or 84 1/4" belt routed like this.

Damn, another belt question?? There is no exact belt length, it's different for almost everyone. I doubt any of our suggestions are exactly correct, there are many factors that affect this. Your best bet is to go to the store and buy several sizes, hopefully one fits, and if not, find the one that comes closest and guestimate how much it's off by, and order it online.

The numbering system is usually something with a 6 in it, meaning the number of ribs, and a set of 3 numbers, which is the length in inches, like 845 will be 84.5 inches.
