Default throttlebody?

yeah i have a 89 lx wit just full exhaust and i got a 70mm throttle body on u think thats overkill or its fine and would a mass air meter be overkill too?

70mm is a bit big for a car that only has exhaust on it. Keep the stock one or go with a 65mm. The mass air meter is fine to change also.

if it is on their leave it, but if it is not on then dont put it on yet, i had a 70mm on a stock 5.0 and it was fine and it ran better, its up to you.

will to tell the truth even a 65 won't help when your maff is smaller..the maf is the first restriction @ only 55mm..so a 76mm would be a great start.

yea vfast is right get a bigger maf first that is the best thing, i have an 80mm with a 70mm tb

Hey, my throttle body has officialy gone bad, it's sticking. What size would you guys reccomend getting if I plan on getting a larger MAF somewhere down the road?
