Bought a set of these subframes and dont have any instructions and I was wondering if anyone had a set of these and installed themselves and would like to get a little info on the before you installed them and after you installed them.

could always try calling BBK directly, they may beable to fax you instructions, or they may be on the website as well.

I had to hammer up the floor a little in the rear floorpans to make them fit, and use longer bolts for the rear of the seats to fit the seat support bracket.
other than that, it made the car feel like a different car, much less flex, I didnt realize how much the stock stangs flex until I put my sfc on.

you will for sure feel a difference. I don't know how to explain it. after i welded mine in i felt like i was driving a new car. worth a million bucks...kinda
