hek ya, i cant wait, i need to get the hood all fitted in perfect. whats a good way to marke the holes to drill in the hood, just put a bunch of permanent marker all over the hood stops and close the hood and let the marker smear on the hood and drill away? thanks

That should work.I screwed the pins in and closed the hood and made a mark on the hood then drilled.

Going to order some hood pins, hood wobbles too much on the highway and down the end of the track.
Fiberglass requires them anyhoo, so going for it.

Which kind should I go for?





Guess this would be based on looks and looks alone.
Still think it's going to look odd, but i need them.


get the last pic ..1 st pic you scrath your car all up with those wire danding,,,i dont have none ,,was afaid too drill hood .. use duct tape..haha!

You think those wires will scratch the paint?

Could see it happening...
But they should be in by tomorrow.
Can always remove the wires if they look bad or could posess a problem
