Default another water pump thread

my water pump is getting pretty loud like a screaching cat, so i was wondering what are some good reliable aftermarket non electric water pumps that you would recommend? thanks in advance. 152k miles on the original water pump.

oh of course. i never buy remanufactured stuff[except for motors[. bought a remanufactured alternator once on my old 73 mach 1. it went two days later. it was under a 30 day warranty so i got another, but i just gave it back, and got store credit plus $15 more bucks or whatever it was, and bought a brand new one. i bought a remanufactured water pump for the old mach 1 too, and i had to replace that again, but it lasted a good 60k miles. since the alternator i've never bought anything remanufactured again and that was in 1992 except for a motor. never bought reman water pumps, fuel pumps, alternators, or ps pumps. i'm just wondering what some people would recommend. not really looking to go oem although i have no complaints with these oem water pumps. everyone i knew who had one of these cars went at least 100k on the original pump if not over 130k.

Why do they give you core replacement charges? Becuase theyre gonna sell it again.

I was gonna chime in about the high flow ones on Summit.
