head gasket question

Default head gasket question

when installing a head gasket for example the fel-pro 1011-1
do you need to apply silicon on it in some places around coolant passages or just leave it dry ?
and just torque in order and to specs

leave it alone do not add any silicon there are blue perma torque seals around each port for sealing on the gasket
