Default E7 heads on a non H.O

my buddies got this 86 f150. its got a 5.0 in it but i dont think its a H.O motor (different firing order than my car).

i got some E7 heads layin around and were thinking of putting them on his truck. will his upper and lower intake bolt onto my heads?

we also wanna convert it to a mustang serpentine setup but dont know if its possible with his balancer?

anyone ever built one of these non HO motors with mustang parts?

i got a 5.0 HO motor sitting in my parts car but i want the block and i told him he can have everything else for his truck so what will work and what would we have to change to make it a roller/HO motor?

thanks

it should be a roller ready block, so add cam and tap holes for retaining plate and it should be good to go. just double check casting number on the block and you can turn the truck motor into a h.o fairly easy but with work!!!....e7 heads are just truck heads anyway
