im doing h/c/i within the year ive picked my came and intake looking for suggestion on compatible heads. my plan is to use the steeda #18 cam with a gt40 intake later down the road im planning on a kenne bell so i'm going to stick with the compatible intake to save some dough. other than that its a stock 5.0 ive got a bbk cai custom glass pack exhaust msd distributor crane fireball ignition box and coil and adj fuel pressure regulator and a 255 lph fuel pump

it depends on your price range. most of the people on here will tell you that afrs will flow the best out of the box, but they cost about 1400. on the other ened you could pick up a set of used gt40s for around 200-300, get them ported and polished and still make some good numbers for the price you paid. theres also trick flow twisted wedges but out of the box, most of the numbers iv seen them make top out at around 270hp. supposedly they are a great head to build on later tho becuase there is alot of meat on them to get some port work done.

i priced out gt40s with a full port and aseembly from my friends dad who is pro at it he made 90 hp on some honda head but after pricing it out it was only a few hundred less than the afrs im just trying to buy parts that i dont have to replace down the road eg: the manifold i was thinking afrs everyone says their best
