um, i'll disagree with you on a portion of your response.

ceramic is the way to go

i run summit shorties and they are great quality. summit LT's however....pass....

I had equal lengths before I installed my LT's whats all hassle you guys are talking about? equal and unequal are both just as easy to install....

i just got some BBK shorty unequal ceramic's........

how much do they lower temps?!

i cant imagine it being to much right?

Not to jack the thread, which is better unequal or equal, hp gain wise... And if so, i'd assume its a very minimal amount compared to shorty to long tube.

you will gain a tiny bit more with equal length, but longtubes are a much better gain overall

I'd totally get long tubes, except for i still have to pass smog, and cali sucks when it comes to smog..

So by the sounds of it, most everyone thinks I should get the long tubes and just cut my h-pipe so they will fit?
