Mustang Hesitation, stuttering...

cold start up is fine,
warm it starts doing that
Stored codes should be present, unless an ignition system malfunction occurs.
The ground wire on the firewall(orange looking, driver side) is known for going bad or rusting away as well, check that if you have no codes.
To check for spark stability, hook a timing light to your car and the coil wire(looks just like a plug wire),
It should produce a nice steady stream of light(slightly fluctuated maybe, but not light on, light off, like you would normally see, if you used it on a SPARK PLUG WIRE)

Buy the way, it sounds like your kinda new to cars, never be afraid to take you car to a dealer and pay the $75 diagnosis fee, then do the repairs yourself, if they are not reasonable.
They have specialized tools, such as oscilloscopes, vac pumps and kits, and such that would cost you the price of the diagnosis if purchased.

Yeah, after driving it a second time, it started doing it again. This time it took much longer to start having the issue and seemed to be less severe. I drove it a good 10 miles yesterday after I changed the coil, and it worked great. Today I drove it to work in the morning (15 miles), and it ran nicely, but on the way home for lunch, right around mile 14, it started acting up.
Before I replaced the coil, it would only take like 8 miles to start hesitating. So, o2 sensor, or the TFI module are likely suspects. I guess I can visually check the TFI, and then pull codes. Does anyone have a chart of the numbers that come up and what they mean when you pull the codes? Is the procedure fairly straight-forward?
