Default old style highport heads

hey guys i was wondering if anyone was running these...theres a set with a stage 3 port on them im considering picking up..ive got a 408 right now..prob going to a 427 in a little while. but im curious what the difference is between the older and new style highports...should i wait to pick up a new style highport or what?

They do not make the old style heads anymore. Now they are aluminum and trick flow makes them. I have some old ones sitin around. The only difference is the metal I think.

BEST inline cylinder head when talking about affordable aftermarket heads period. The old hi port was iron, then they were shelved in favor of the wedges, then brought back in aluminum. Get the numbers off them and call TEA in Ohio, ask for mike schmidt, he will tell you all you need to know.
