THAT doesn't always work, often times cylinder pressures are greater than cooling system pressures and what happens is on slight blows the exhaust gases are forced into the cooling system and super heat the coolant causing overheat condition and no loss of coolant except when coolant is spewed into the overflow bottle when the cap pops off excess pressure at 16 lbs.
