Mustang Timing Question
Yes, I run 93 all the time anyway.
Well, the clutch cable went bad again. It was probably due to the heat before I fixed the timing. I decided to take it off and inspect it and sure enough, its binding up. Im going to get another one, and when I install it and test drive it, I will keep you guys updated. I am also going to get some of that heat wrap to put around the clutch and speedo cables.

Ok, Well I got to test drive it. I wrapped the new clutch cable in some heat wrap along with the speedo cable. Also, after I set the timing correctly, the heat under the hood isnt as bad anymore. The clutch feels so nice now. So I guess that was the problem, the timing. Although throughout this whole fiasco, I did find the t-stat bad as well. This was a blessing in diguise as my temp sending unit went bad earlier.
Thanks guys for all your help. I dont think I would have ever came up with that idea of the timing being off. Im glad you did.
Thanks Again,
SG
