Default gt40 heads

i just bought some gt40 heads and was wondering if i could you could use the roller rockers from my regular heads or if it would be better if i bought some new ones. and what would be the best cam for my mustang.

You can reuse your stock rocker arms. A mild cam would work well w/your combo: TFS-1 cam or even the stock one too. You may need to upgrade valve springs however with an aftermarket cam!

I would upgrade to some pedastal roller rockers if you don't already have some rather than use the stock stamped steel ones

I run 1.6 Comp Rollers on my GT40's with the TFS-1 Cam. It suits me just fine.

i want to set up my89 stang i want to know if i should use shorty or long tube headers also i want to know if i can use a e303 cam with a stock motor

can use, and SHOULD use.. are two completely different things. Yes you CAN use it.. but I would strongly advise that you DONT
