Air fuel ratio gauge

like pro said, yes you can do that but the stock narrow band o2s give no data useful during driving or while tuning. they run between 0v and 1v while the wideband runs between 0v and 5v. the larger electrical sweep makes it more accurate and gives a much steadier read out

Narrowbands aren't completely useless on carb or efi. They're helpful for telling if you run lean at wot. I've used one to help tune someone's car for fuel economy & get it on the road running well, The top end was more of guesswork though. Personally I wouldn't recommend one though. Most widebands i've worked with have spare outputs that you can simulate the stock narrowband for if you're still using the stock eec. Because of this, you can use the stock bungs if they are matching size.
Two that I liked working with for the cost were the aem 6in1 & summit's wideband kit. Summit's uses an lc-1 controller with a summit gauge & uses free air calibration. The aem uses laser etched sensors so they don't use the free air. The aem seems to react a little faster & has led bars which I think help if you need to keep your eyes on the road, but they don't have datalogging from just those alone. The Jaw one is a cheap alternative. I've never set one up, may be worth looking into if cost is a big issue. Personally I favor the aem for ease of setup & cost. The wires are a little short if you're looking for an a-pillar mount & the o2 is going on the passenger side.

I got a http://www.zeitronix.com/ wideband
I gave 365 for it, the led screen, boost map sensor and egt probe too.
These can datalog with a computer.
