Bent Axle/Hub/rear end [Help]
I recently slammed my driver side rear tire into a curb and bent the axle. The tire would wobble like crazy when I would drive it so I replaced the axle thinking that would solve my problems. After replacing the axle i noticed that the tire still wobbles but not as much as it use to which leads me to believe that the rear end housing or hub is bent. I took of the rear casing and noticed I have bigger gears which explains why my MPH's are off by 15 MPH(i bought the car 6 months ago) so im a little hesitent to swap out the whole rear end. Should I just swap out the driver side hub with one from a junk yard and see if that takes the wobble out of the tire or just replace the whole rear end and take the gears out of my current rear end and put them into the new rear end? I really dont want to replace the whole rear end but if it must be done, it must be done.. any suggestions?

It seems like you are doing a decent job with the process of elimination but so far no results.
Get a dial indicator and chase the wobble down. Check the rim on the front to confirm the replacement is good too. It may even be the tire.
The axle flange should dial zero and a bent housing will cause many problems. Bearing failure, tracking problems but not a wobble.
