Default Need some codes read

Hoping i pulled these codes correctly lol. Had a book that gave me usual ford codes and was only able to fined 2

111
511: Read only Memory failure (ecu problem i guess)
10: book only went down to "11" which was "system normal"
556: Fuel pump relay primary circut failure. (possible reason for my chaotic idle?)

Rerplace ther ccrm. Constant Control Relay Module. Where? Is between the coolant resevoir and radiator. Parts house may call it a fan control module(one of it's functions)

just checking. most people make the mistake of trying to use the OBD2 test port under the dash, which is non operational.
