Default 95 GT Emissions Tubing (Red, Green, Orange)

Hey Guys,

I need to get my car inspected soon and my check engine light ran KOEO & KOER tests.
I got:

311 - AIR system not working - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Air Injection
314 - AIR inoperative, Left or Front HO2S - Air Injection
332 – Insufficient EGR valve opening detected
556 – Primary Fuel Pump circuit failure

I recently had the air pump changed because it took a dump, so thats good now.
I figure I’ll tackle the rest one thing at a time. So moving on:

For code 332, “Insufficient EGR valve opening detected”. I was checking some things out, particularly the Red vacuum line that goes to the EGR. While I was following the line checking for damage, I found a connector that has 3 lines (Red, Green, and Orange?) on one side and hooks up to the three same colored connectors on the other. This connection is damaged and leaking vacuum

Does this connection just hook Red to Red, Green to Green, and Orange to Orange like common sense would tell you? If so, Can I just hook up the lines to each other individually, or is there some purpose for having the connection (beside being able to quickly disconnect)?

Thanks for your help guys
Deep

Green should be hooked up to egr valve. Red usually goes to fuel pressure regulator. Red may supply vacum to evr for egr.Yup. ease for quick disconnect. 556 replace constant control relay module. Between radiator and coolant resevoir. Parts place may call it a fan control module.

Put one on my car and another this tear. Purchaced it at Advance for for $84.69 plus tax. Is reman unit with 1 year warranty. sku#20971446 part#RCM12M think their new one is $160. I found the 556 code kinda stupid because the fuel pump run as did car in each case. My cooling fan comes on earlier. The other car had the code and ran but..was crashed and case was open water gets inside, failure. Correct about the price at dealer. Obvious that code isn't causing emission problem. Depends if inspectors just say it is a failure. Hope this helps in case you have to buy another.

so ignoring the 556 code for now, I want to focus on the EGR issues.
Sorry for not gettin back on here, stuffs been real busy.
I followed the emissions tubing and it goes up into the fenderwell. is that where the EGR solenoid is? I want to try and test that to make sure it is indeed actuating the plunger.

dependant upon the state in which you live, check engine lights for pre-obd2 vehicles is a non issue and cannot fail the car.
massachusetts is one of those states.

Oh I had no idea that was possible. I am in NJ. I'll need to do some digging I suppose. I thought it was always "CEL on, YOU FAIL!"

oh also, I am removing that 3 tube connection thingy. For now I have the emissions tubes removed from the 3 tube connector. I have the hard lines butted up against one another and slipped some silicone tubing over top. The tubing is a little smaller OD so it took some work to get on and I figured that would give me a tight seal. Is this ok to do?

I need to find my repair manual...
