Help Figuring Out where this vacuum line goes

yeah i get that but im asking where on the intake is this vacuum port, i cant seem to locate one that is missing a vacuum line.

1st attachment.......... nipple sticking out that says Charcoal Cannister.
2nd attachment......... shows you how it's routed .

what if it is plugged off along with all the other lines that control egr and smog equipment?

If everything else is removed, plugged or capped then just cap it off.

ok thanks that cleared it up i didnt see that charcoal canister plug on the intake i only saw the bigger hose in there so i will check it out, but its back at shop that replaced distributor because ignition module is suspected to be bad again

FWIW that line is not only disconnected and capped off at the intake on my car, but it's also been burned up by laying on the headers at some point. I got the car with no smog equipment on it. My car runs fine without it, speed density setup. Even passes NJ emissions with no problems, heh.
