Default fuel cut off switch

i was goin to run at the track and i caught traction and wheel hoped the **** out of my stang and broke an axle houseing off and so the car shook pretty violently. now the car wont start and one of my friends told me about a tight up fuel cut off switch that gets flipped or somthin when u get in a re end accident. and my feul pump is not coming on so i think that might be the problem. but i cant find where the switch is and its not in the haynes manuel if any one knows where the switch is located please let me know thanks

In the back along the inner part of the trunk or hatch. There's a rubber insert there. Its under that.

theres a little hole right in the plasitic piece in the trunk right next to the driver side tail light. stick your finger in there and push it down if it popped up. should be a red button. its also called an inertia switch.
