Steering Wheel Replacement
So the top of my steering wheel has almost completely rubbed off almost down to the metal. How difficult is it to replace the steering wheel. My horn doesnt work as is. But my cruise control does and i dont know if i have working airbags or not. Oh yeah i have a 95 GTS by the way.
