Sure it can..... just add more performance parts...

Your car MIGHT weight 1000lbs more than mine.....and thats on the heavy side.

My car has its full interior, full size spare tire and jack, and about 100lbs of extra suspension parts....but the weight of the suspension makes up for the lack of a/c and emissions crap....The fact that I only weigh 130lbs also kinda helps offset the weight a little lol

Seriously though....your stock rear brakes are fine. Just upgrade the fronts with the cobra kit. Better braking is good for everyone BUT you don't have to spend over $2k to do so.

Having stock rear-brakes would be great. There's a problem with all the rear replacement brakes I get from all the part house which indirectly comes from A1Cardone. The emergency brake either A. Doesn't Work, or B. Actually sticks. That's why I chose to do the upgrade.

You said that it stops working after the pads are about half gone....almost 6 years.....why complain? Like I said in a previous post though..there is no way that 3 sets of calipers come back with the same issue....sounds like there is something up with your car.. I don't care what your "mechanic" says

Did you bother to adjust the main cable from inside the cabin?

What do you pay for above rotors. The replacements for my rotors cost $189 each. I'm starting to think that I shouldn't put a price on stopping power!
