Default Possible spun bearing?

Hey guys,

i am trying to figure this out, i just had my engine rebuilt, and after turning it on for the first time in 2 years, white smoke started coming out the tail pipes very bad. i bought a new oil sender and my oil reads a little above normal, yet i am not getting any oil to my heads, and my lifters are talking to me. also when i drive i feel like im driving a 4 cyl. horrible power loss. i check the dipstick and it reads a little over full, its not black or mixed colored i had put 5 qts. could it maybe be the oil pump? that is the only thing i didnt buy new, i just transferred it from my old engine to the new.

i have e303 cam/ gt 40 iron cast / tfs valve springs / gt 40 tubular intake

thanks in advance
-Daniel

This is the DOHC 4 valve coyote 5.0 2011-2012 section, you probably want this moved to the 1979-1995 5.0 section, engines are slightly different...

Yeah, the 5.0 302 pushrod slight differences to the Moodular 5.0 Coyote are:
4 valves per cylinder
DOHC
independently variable cam phasing
deep skirt short block
6 bolt main bearing caps, 2 of them cross-drilled
and actually, a true 5.0L using correct rounding figurs for displacement, even though it is also 302ci

I don't understand...you have oil pressure but, you are not getting oil to the heads? Or are the lifters just making a racket?

Also the oil pump thing is a no no. The candy cane pick-up connected to it was probably filled with garbage. I thought I had mine clean after washing in gas but, after taking off the plate that covers half of the screen, I found out way different.
