Alright well, I'm going into town tomorrow afternoon. What size wire should I get or should I get some wire that's as close to what I have maybe a little bit bigger? I'm getting a new connection for the negative terminal because one of the bolt holes that clamp down the negative wire are stripped. Where should I reground this to? Thanks guys!

block to chassis, chassis to battery, make sure both of these wires meet at the same spot on the chassis along with the ECU ground

ground the block by the head or the block not the timing cover

Why do I just ground it straight to the chassis? Why can't I ground it to the AC like the others have done?

NM I know what the grounding to the chassis to block to battery is. I got it to work finally, I grounded it to the AC.
