Default 94GT electric window problem

electric window on drivers side will go up and down if i pull or push on window. The elec motor is still running but window stays in one position. It almost seems like a stripped gear. Is this possibly the problem. I have the door panel and plastic off, but really cant see in there good enough to see a gear or track near motor. Newbie to site but seems to be some good tech info here. Thanks for any info you can give me.

Most likely the motor is weakened to the point of no return. The gears almost never strip, as they're steel.

Plastic pieces(3) and plastic gear that rides on metal worm gear are likely culprit. Window motor reepair kit about $25. Lot cheaper than new motor.

can you hear/feel the gears grinding when you move it? If not then I would question the regulator if not then maybe the gears/bracket.
