Default Heads to big for stock pistons?

I got some very clean trick flow track heat 185 heads. Im talking to somebody and he is saying they are to big for stock 5.0 lower half. Is this true or can i run these heads for Trick flow stage 1 cam without any piston modification.

As with everything having to do with valve/piston clearance you really want to be sure. And the only way to really guarantee it is to measure.

Why not contact TF, they should be throwing support at you for the cost of their heads.
