Scratched Window

Today I was out cleaning the windshield and noticed on the driver side window in the middle there is a large two lined scratch. What could have caused this? Its not from anyone, but from something inside the door. Can this be fixed? I know they can fix nicks and things of that nature. Thanks

some light scratches can be buffed out,you might have some harden rubber scratching if..
