vaccum lines.....
Well after testing the egr valve, the egr sensor, and vaccum line, it turns out its the vaccum line. It has no vaccum in it, so i must have a vaccum leak. The vaccum hose right next to that one connected to the intake manifold has no vaccum either. I was wondering where do those vaccum lines go to, and can you order the whole lines or you have to just buy the hose from a auto parts store?

RE: vaccum lines.....
they go to the intake. no vaccum isnt good. your motor makes the vaccum. if you dont have vaccum you could have a motor problem
do you have blow bye? do you have good compression? start getting gauges out and testing

m just going to get a notchback with an already rebuilt motor and rebuilt rear end, or low miles. Didn't think about it at the time, but 500 or 600 pounds lighter is a huge difference in the quarter mile.
